Listen if you get the chance. One thing I was not aware of is that if we order the book from Amazon...or anywhere other than from His website directly, Mr Hockensmith does NOT see any of the proceeds. He has publishing costs that need to be covered & I think it is a real shame that he is not able to cover his costs because of a technicality.
