| This is Wazhazhe. The Europeans that heard the word mispronounced it. The Wazhazhe (Wah-zah-zhee) people are now called" Osage". This filly is a full sister to Tejas Isa Tai. |
| Wazhazhe has grown into a lovely mare. We broke her as a three year old. She was one of those horses that was born broke. She never offered to buck...at all. It didn't surprise me that she took to being ridden so well. She always has to be where the action is. I guess that's more important to her than having a rider. |
